Concrete Removal
As a building or industrial plants usage changes, there is often a requirement for
concrete to be removed, openings formed in floors and/or walls and holes formed for
new service pipes. The most efficient way of doing this is using concrete cutting and
drilling techniques. A1 Kiwi Cutters has many different types of machine to help you with your concrete removal problems.
Wire Saw
This machine is used to remove large slabs of concrete or on floors and walls where the concrete is too thick for concrete saws to cut. A1 Kiwi Cutters has cut out slabs of concrete 4 meters thick. Unlike other pieces of concrete cutting equipment, the wire saw is quiet, so is often used in situations where site conditions require that noise is kept at a minimum, for example Hospitals.
Wall Saw
A1 Kiwi Cutters has four of these. They can cut to a depth of over 700mm
From one side they cut an extremely accurate line.
Floor Saw
We have 20 of these machines. The biggest is capable of cutting to a depth of 600mm.
Drilling
We can drill holes up to 750 mm diameter and almost any depth.
